What is the Egypt eVisa?

The Egypt eVisa is an electronic tourist visa for eligible visitors travelling to Egypt. It is submitted online before travel and linked to the passport details supplied in the application.

Eligible travellers complete the Egypt visa application online before departure using their passport and travel details. A single-entry tourist eVisa permits a stay of up to 30 consecutive days and is valid for entry during the 90 days following issue.

Your approved eVisa should be printed and kept with the passport used in the application. Eligibility and entry requirements depend on nationality and travel plans. Travellers may also apply directly at visa2egypt.gov.eg. This website is an independent private agency providing optional application review and submission.

How long can I stay in Egypt with the eVisa?⌄

The tourist eVisa allows a maximum stay of 30 consecutive days. The visa itself is valid for 90 days from issuance for you to make your entry.

Do I need to print the eVisa?⌄
